During Wednesday’s White House press conference, Sarah Sanders, the president’s spokesperson, was asked about the disparaging tweets by ESPN host Jemelle Hill.
Sanders claimed President Trump was not aware of the tweets, but went on to say that she feels they’re a “fire-able offense.”
“I’m not sure if he’s aware of it, but I think that’s one of the more outrageous that anyone could make,” said Sanders. “And certainly something that I think is a fire-able offense by ESPN.”
